For non-Clitical Gold members:
1. I'd like to order a Clitical Gold membership, but I don't want anything mailed to my home. Do you send me anything by regular mail?

Answer: Absolutely not. We don't ask for a home address and don't keep any records of home addresses. We do ask for an e-mail address so we can send you your user I.D. and password. We won't send you any e-mail other than this (even to tell you your membership is about to expire), and we won't give out your e-mail address to anyone.

2. I don't have a credit card or checking account. Can I still order a Clitical Gold membership?

Answer: At this time we only accept the above payment methods but there are plans in the future to add more options, so please check back.

3. If I order a membership by credit card, what will appear on my credit-card bill?

Answer: It will say "WendyMart," along with their telephone support number incase of queries.

4. I'm not sure if I want a full membership — can I get a trial membership?

Answer: We do not offer trail memberships at this time but may in the future.
